Buon Appetito! A Traditional Italian Dinner with Chef Nancy Vendetti

Class Description: 

Tonight, you’ll become “la famiglia” as Chef Nancy Vendetti invites you into her kitchen to learn a traditional Italian menu. You’ll get a little taste of her Italian heritage as you gather with old friends (and we hope some new friends!) and watch Chef Nancy dazzle you with her culinary expertise while creating classic Italian dishes like Stuffed Ravioli, Marinara, Braciole (a savory Italian beef dish made with tons of garlic, parsley and Parmesan cheese) and freshly made Italian Herbed Breadsticks.

Make sure to save room for something sweet when Chef whips up one of her favorite Italian desserts – Zeppole.  This isn’t just a class, folks … it’s a culinary experience that you will long remember!

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
