Class Description: 

Join experienced Pastry Chef Nancy Vendetti for an informative pastry fundamentals class that will focus on the specific techniques needed to create and work with Pâte à Choux (also known as “Choux Pastry”). Chef Nancy is an award-winning baker who loves sharing her talents and expert tips.

She’ll start with the basics of making Pâte à Choux dough, a special pastry dough that can be used for many purposes. The result? Gorgeous pastries such as cream puffs, eclairs and swans (read that again…you’ll learn how to make those fancy swans!) ready for filling with custard or other fabulous fillings.  Get ready to dazzle at your next dinner party.  

Yes, there will be tasting tonight….plus, you’ll leave with all the recipes and the knowledge to recreate these fancy-schmancy pastries at home.
