Join us as we journey to the French Countryside as you learn to prepare a classic Cassoulet dinner. Experienced instructor, Chef Richard McPeake will teach this hearty one-dish family recipe that’s typically made with duck and features no less than five types of meats and beans and topped with a crispy crust. It’s comfort food at it’s finest, with a flair of decadence.
Chef will start the evening off with appetizer of Mini Baked Brie with Toasted Almond Butter and Spring Greens with Crème Vinaigrette will accompany this authentic French dinner. For dessert, you’ll learn to make a fancy-schmancy dessert, Grand Marnier Soufflé. Wow! What a menu! Wouldn't this make a perfect date with your honey? We think so. Oui Oui
