Class Description: 

Join us for a fun and interactive class that’s perfect for beginners as instructor and cookie decorating expert Leesa Yates shows you how to transform plain sugar cookies into cute Halloween designs. 

Leesa will start things off by teaching you to make homemade Royal Icing. Next, she’ll show you how to use it as she teaches basic decorating techniques like consistencies, coloring, piping, and flooding to create pretty Halloween-themed cookies such as Jack-o-Lanterns, Ghosts, Candy Corn and more. 

Then, she’ll give you the green light to practice what you’ve learned and work on creating some of your own spooky designs. Don’t worry, she’ll have samples of the cookies that she’s made for you to use as inspiration.  You’ll take home fabulous hand-decorated (by YOU!) cookies, plus the confidence and know-how to make more!

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
