Captivating Caribbean Cuisine – Cuban-Style!

Class Description: 

Cuban cuisine is overflowing with an enormous array of foods and regional flavors that tell the history of this beautiful country’s diverse history. Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt will take you on a culinary journey to the capital city of Havana, the heart of Cuba. She has a true passion for this cuisine and is eager to explore the fresh ingredients of this intriguing city and turn them into fabulous culinary works of art for tonight’s Havana-inspired meal.

You’ll sit back and be in awe as Chef dazzles with her culinary skills while leading you through a variety of local recipes that will showcase Cuban foods that blend of the many influences like Spanish, African, and Caribbean. She’ll start with– incredibly flavorful Mojo Pork that will serve as our entrée. Then follow up with lessons on fabulous regional accompaniments that will round out our mouthwatering Cuban meal.

Gather your friends or plan a unique date night with your sweetie……there’s no passport required!
