Class Description: 

It’s not really fall without cooking up a big pot of chili on a cool autumn day, am I right? Come learn to make chili the right way, from expert “chili-meister” and our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt. 

She’ll get your taste buds flowing as she explores three of her favorite chili recipes......White Chicken Chili, Chili Con Carne…even her husband’s famous chili recipe.  Shhh…don’t tell him!  It’s sooo good. Chef will teach essential culinary techniques and sharing her pro tips to making these delicious chilis - the right ingredients, when to add them, richness, basic soup-making techniques, and more.

As a bonus, you’ll learn to make homemade Cornbread – the perfect accompaniment to a warm bowl of chili love. Of course, you’ll taste all the chilies, wouldn’t have it any other way!
