Learn To Make Crepes
Hands On | Tasting
Thu 9/29/22 6:30-9:00 p.m.
Crêpes are one of France’s most versatile gifts to the world of food. Capable of supporting both savory and sweet dishes, they make amazing appetizers (the holidays are right in front of us!), main dishes, breakfast, brunch, and snacks. On top of that they are easier to make than you think. Seriously!
Tonight, we’ll start with a glass of French wine…because we can!!....and Chef Nancy Vendetti will lead you in an interactive hands-on class as she teaches basic culinary skills that you’ll use to whip, measure, and pour your way through tasty recipes like a savory appetizer of Spinach, Artichoke & Brie Crêpes. Yum. Also on the menu will be Crêpes with Chicken, Mushroom & Peas in a Béchamel Sauce and of course, a French classic – Crêpes Suzette with Orange & Grand Marnier. These tasty French delights are perfect for delicious quick meals for family or guests. Get your aprons on because you will be doing some festive flipping as well.
NOTE: Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
