Longtime CCKC culinary instructor and healthy cooking expert Chef Jesse Vega is in ‘da house to show you how it’s done as he shares his tips to prepare this very doable and tasty meatless menu. Chef Jesse has helped thousands of students learn to create restaurant quality cuisine using fresh ingredients. He's a firm believer that healthy cooking and plant-based meals are nothing short of culinary medicine, and he’s excited to share some of his favorite tried-and-true plant-based holiday recipes with you.
Get ready to tie on an apron and assist Chef in some of the hands-on cooking activities as he teaches fundamental culinary tips and techniques to prepare a seasonal meal of family favorites like comforting cinnamon apples, savory root vegetable soup, Ratatouille and more that are easy on the waistline and sure to please everyone on your guest list.
