Class Description: 

Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is so darn excited about teaching tonight’s fabulous Greek cooking class. Seriously, she's obsessed.

There’s no need to wait for the next Greek Fest to experience real Greek food – Chef Jill has got you covered!  She’ll lead you through a complete Greek menu – from start to finish – as you learn loads of culinary techniques and sample great recipes that you can recreate at home. Promise.

You’ll get in on some of the cooking fun as she walks you through our mouthwatering dishes: Chicken Gyro (a classic!), made-from-scratch Flatbread and authentic Greek side dishes to perfectly complement a Greek feast. We’ll end with a traditional dessert of Baklava - with a twist! Opa!

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
