Class Description: 

Do you find yourself running to the local mall just to satisfy your pretzel fix? What if we told you that making your own soft pretzels was easy-peasy! Well, it is, and our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is gonna show you how!

In this interactive class, you’ll learn to make a batch of simple dough and then work alongside Chef Jill as she shares her tips and techniques on how to twist it up into traditional pretzel shape – big and small……or change it up with pretzel bites or sticks. The possibilities are endless. They are chewy on the outside with an incredibly soft inside that melt in your mouth. So good!  You’ll also learn to make a homemade cheese sauce – perfect for dipping your pretzels.

These doughy treats are perfect for movie nights at home, a kid-friendly snack or make ‘em for your own darn yourself, "just because". 

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
