Cucina Italiano! A Friday Night Pasta Party

Class Description: 

Pretend you’re in Italy tonight as you learn to make a beautiful Fettuccini Alfredo dinner menu – perfect for entertaining or family meals.  The food you’ll learn is simply superb and brimming with all the magic of Italian cuisine.

Experienced culinary instructor Chef Nancy Vendetti is passionate about Italian cuisine.  She'll lead the way as she add her special twist to this popular Italian meal, from start to finish.

She’ll get things started with a pasta-making lesson and make fresh fettuccini noodles right before your eyes. That’s right, from scratch. It's easier than you think!  Then she’ll dive right into our entree as she shares her special twist on homemade alfredo sauce. (Psst….it includes surprise ingredient, but you’ll have to sign up to find out what it is!)  Then she’ll pull it all together with chicken and broccoli that ends with an out-of-this-world Fettuccini Alfredo dish like no other. Trust us, you won’t find this special version in any restaurant, that’s for sure! 

Chef Nancy will also include an Italian salad to accompany our pasta dish. And, no Italian meal is complete without something sweet at the end, so you’ll be treated to one of Chef Nancy’s favorite Italian desserts to round out this incredible meal.  Plus, you'll walk away with all the recipes and the know-how to recreate this Italian feast in your own kitchen. Doesn't get better than that. Mangia!
