In this ‘egg-citing’ pastry arts fundamentals class, you’ll gain a practical and serious understanding of the many techniques used to create great custard desserts.
Award-winning pastry arts professional Chef Nancy Vendetti knows that the perfect custard requires an understanding of eggs and their properties. She’s eager to lay some knowledge on you as she explores decadent custard desserts like Crème Brulee and Pot de Crème that are both impressive, and simple to prepare. You’ll see. Then she’ll teach a basic pastry cream that’s a must for any home cook to learn…the many ways to use this versatile cream are endless.
As always, you’ll taste everything learned in class. Plus, you’ll leave with the recipes and the confidence to recreate these delicious custard gems in your own kitchen. Won't you be fancy?
