Hands On | Take-Home Decorated Cake

Please note that this class has been designed for students 18 years and older.  Your registration tells us that all registered students are at least 18 years of age. We apologize but we cannot make exceptions.

Class Description: 

Grab your best broom and fly on over to our kitchen for some Halloween cake decorating FUN...... including a friendly competition!  Each student in this class will try their hand at re-creating an edible decorated cake masterpiece made by expert baker, Chef Nancy Vendetti, with an Halloween-themed design. (No, we can’t tell you what the design will be ‘cause we don’t want anyone practicing at home.  That’s called cheating.)  Whomever comes the closest will receive mad “prizeage” (I just made that up.) 

Ok, Ok…Chef Nancy will show you some fundamentals of cake decorating and unveil her creepy Halloween cake design before you start. We are a culinary center, right?  Then we’ll let you loose to “nail it” and see if you can recreate her spooky cake and win the prize!  This ain’t no kids’ birthday party where “every child gets a prize!”  No way.  Your project may kick some cake-decorating butt, or it may miss the mark a bit, but we promise you’ll have some fun and learn some tips in the process.. Let's NAIL IT!

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
