Today’s experienced instructor, Chef Natasha Goellner, is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute and past owner of Mulberry & Mott’s and currently the Pastry Chef at The Antler Room, so you’re in for a real treat in this special 4-hour interactive macaron class. She’s eager to teach her expert tips and fancy baking techniques as she walks you through the steps to make exquisite macaron, using the Italian meringue method -- colorful, crispy cookie “sandwiches” filled with flavored Buttercream. So, tie on an apron, and let’s get going.
