You’ve probably seen those artful focaccia creations on social media sites like Pinterest and wondered if you can make them too. Well, you can, and we'll show you how it’s done! You'll also learn some creative and trendy toppings and uses for your new-found favorite bread recipe as well.
You’ll get your hands in the flour as expert baker and instructor, Chef Mari Ruck walks you through the steps to make her favorite focaccia recipe that’s easy to reproduce in your own kitchen, and then show you fun ways to personalize it into works of art. Even Santa will be impressed. Heck, why not leave some festive focaccia out for him to enjoy this year, instead of cookies? Just sayin’.
The ideas are endless for this versatile bread....and once you know the techniques, you can create designs for any time of the year. It’ll be an evening with lots of fun and you’ll get to take your masterpiece home to bake and show off to your family and friends.
