The holiday season has officially kicked off so join us in our kitchen as we learn to make Buche de Noel - a beautiful French-inspired yule log dessert, traditionally served near Christmas. Award-winning baker, Chef Nancy Vendetti is eager to show you how easy it really is as she leads you through the process of preparing the components that you’ll use to create your very own traditional Yule Log. Yes, you CAN!
Chef has plenty of culinary credentials to back up her mad skills. She’s done her time on the Food Network in Cupcake Wars and Cake War. Just sayin’.
You’ll tie on an apron and work alongside Chef Nancy as she walks you through the steps to prepare the cake, then you’ll learn the technique of making edible “forest mushrooms!” and end up with your own fancy-schmancy Buche de Noel dessert that you’ll take home to show off to your family. Plus, you'll leave with recipes and confidence to make this impressive French dessert, again, and again.
