Class Description: 

‘Tis the time of year for the official ‘filling of the cookie jar!” Let instructor Susy Lara get you out of your ‘chocolate chip rut’ this year with several recipes for some of her favorite holiday cookies. Now we would never intend to bash on the good ole chocolate chip cookie…but seriously, there are SO many other amazing cookies out there.

So, let’s start with some cookie-making fundamentals and lay the foundation for making better cookies in your own kitchen then let’s blow the top off the cookie jar with some of your ‘soon to be favorite’ cookie recipes such as Butterballs and a yummy version of the classic Filled Thumbprint Cookie. 

You'll also learn a recipe that has been in Suzy's family recipe boxes for ages.  Come prepared to get some flour on yourself too because you’ll be working alongside Susy to create a batch of cookies to take home-assuming they make it that far without being eaten!
