Class Description: 

Tonight's instructor, Richard Sinning, is passionate about pizza! In this interactive class, he’ll teach you how to create homemade pizza pies from scratch by starting with the fundamentals of preparing excellent homemade pizza dough. Then you’ll learn how to use it effectively in three different pizza pie recipes.

Next, you’ll don an apron and get some flour on you as you make your own dough from scratch to take home and create a pizza to bake off and enjoy at home.  If that’s not enough to fulfill your pizza dreams, you’ll learn from this engaging instructor how to create a yummy blueberry mascarpone dessert pizza.  Pizza for dessert? Who knew! Kiss the pizza delivery boy goodbye because you're making it in your own kitchen now!
