Holiday Appetizers With Pizzazz

Class Description: 

It’s time to impress your guests by adding some unique and elegant appetizers to your repertoire! With a little cooking instruction and some interesting ingredients, your next cocktail party will be the one they remember! 

We'll get our cooking party started as you’re greeted with a sparkling cocktail and one of our favorite appetizers that’s perfect for passing at your next soiree!  ….and this one involves BACON! (You’re welcome!) 

Then our celebration of party food will continue as tonight's instructor, Chef Paul Santaularia, shows you the ins and outs of some pretty swell heavy appetizers such as Mini Beef Wellingtons, Stuffed Mushrooms and Pecan Goat Cheese Cranberry Truffle.  Yes, you’ll get to taste them all.  

And if you thought he was gonna forget to include a holiday sweet appetizer, you’d be wrong. So come for the culinary instruction AND the party.  We’ll celebrate all things tasty tonight!

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
