Class Description: 

The holiday season is in full swing, and what better time to take a break from the hustle and bustle as you sit back and relax while learning to prepare a classic Italian cuisine.

Pretend you’re in Italy as you learn how to prepare a homemade Fettuccini Alfredo– perfect for holiday entertaining at home.  It’s simply superb and brimming with all the magic of Italian cuisine. Chef Nancy Vendetti will lead the way as she adds her special twist to this popular Italian dish, from start to finish.

She’ll get things started with a pasta-making lesson as she shows you how to make fresh fettuccini noodles right before your eyes. That’s right, from scratch. Then she’ll dive right into our entree as she shares her special twist on homemade alfredo sauce. (Psst….it includes surprise ingredient, but you’ll have to sign up to find out what it is!)  Then she’ll pull it all together with chicken and broccoli that ends with an out-of-this-world Fettuccini Alfredo dish like no other. Trust us, you won’t find this special version in any restaurant, that’s for sure!  To end the evening, you’ll be treated to one of Chef Nancy’s favorite Italian desserts.

You’ll sample everything and leave with all the recipes so you can recreate these incredible Italian dishes in your own kitchen. Mangia!
