Class Description:
Join us for a special cooking experience with a seasoned culinary instructor and learn to make perfect risotto, plus a bonus lesson on the proper way to cook poached scallops that pair perfectly with risotto. This evening Chef and experienced culinary instructor, Richard McPeake, will help you discover that, with a little bit of know-how and some practice, your risotto will turn out perfectly. Once you learn the basics of preparing risotto, you’ll be astounded at the many variations such as Creamy Risotto AND a Savory Beer Risotto (that’s cooked with beer) that you’ll learn to prepare to change it up!
