Class Description:
St. Patty’s Day is right around the corner, so it’s the perfect time to explore some traditional belly-warming Irish comfort food dishes that are both delicious and easy to prepare.
Chef & Culinary Instructor Paul Santaularia is in our kitchen and eager to teach you important cooking techniques and as he teaches you to prepare traditional Irish cuisine that’s sure to wash away the chill and warm the body and soul. There’s nothing fancy about Irish cuisine but when made right, it’s sure to impress. Chef Paul will explore classics like Shepherd’s Pie, and Stuffed Irish Cabbage. You’ll also learn a Shamrock Salad as well as an Irish Apple Cake with Creme Anglaise Yum!
As always, you’ll taste everything taught in class, plus leave with the recipes. Just imagine the homey aromas of Ireland coming from your own kitchen when you recreate these comforting Irish favorites for your family and friends. Heck, they’re also perfect choices for St. Patty’s Day potlucks, too!
