Class Description:
Hello freunde! Join Chef Paul Santaularia as he explores the authentic foods of Germany. Think gorgeous countryside, a delicious German meal, German wines and beers and a sweet ending! Sounds amazing, right?
Chef Paul will teach fundamental culinary skills and share German culinary heritage while showing you how to prepare a traditional German meal including dishes such as a traditional Rouladen, which you’ll get to help prepare! Chef Paul will also show you how to make homemade Spaetzel, sauerkraut, plus you’ll enjoy a delicious surprise dessert to complete tonight's traditional German feast.
As always, you’ll get to taste all of tonight’s dishes, and you’ll take home the recipes too. We'll pair German wine and beer with our dinner. Grab your friends and get your seat before they are Nein! Prost!
