Fondues & Fond-Don’ts

Hands On | Tasting
Fri 3/10/23 6:30-9:00 pm.
Class Description:
Gather friends and get those fondue forks aimed and ready because tonight Executive Chef Richard McPeake is fired up and eager to teach this fun class centered around an OLD cooking technique…the classic fondue.
Chef is a seasoned professional and will share his tips and culinary expertise for making various versions of fondue dishes. From the iconic Swiss Fondue and a Smoky German Fondue (you’ll learn how to smoke the cheese! Say what?), to a surprising Rose’ Fondue and a fondue that uses locally produced beer by Boulevard Brewing Co., he’ll cover it all. It’ll be a fun night filled with some retro fondue pots, lots of tastings plus relevant culinary instruction including the best food items to use for dipping into these incredible melted flavors…breads, vegetables, meats, etc. You’ll also get to assist Chef with some of the cooking fun.
As always, you’ll leave with all the recipes, plus the inspiration to stir up your own fondue party fun when you recreate these melted delights for entertaining and family gatherings.
