Intro to Cookie Decorating: Pretty Spring & Easter Designs (Adults 18+)

Class Description: 

Join us for a special fundamentals class that will teach the serious and useful cookie decorating techniques and tips that will have you making your own colorful and unique cookies, in no time. 

Our expert instructor, Leesa Yates, is a cookie decorator extraordinaire, so you’ll be learning from a very talented cookie decorating artist. She’ll get your imagination flowing as she shows you all about the basics of cookie decorating. 

She’ll start things off by showing you how to make Royal Icing.  Next, she’ll show you how to use it as she teaches basic decorating techniques like consistencies, coloring, piping, flooding, and more.  Think pretty spring flowers, colorful Easter eggs, bunnies, and more.

Then, she’ll give you the green light to practice what you’ve learned and work on creating some of your own unique designs. Don’t worry, she’ll have sample cookies that she’s made for you to use as inspiration.  In the end, you’ll take home fabulous hand-decorated (by YOU!) cookies, plus the confidence and know-how to make more!

• This class includes one glass of wine or beer. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
