Culinary professional (and self-professed “pizza-holic”) Chef Mari Ruck teaches you step-by-step how to make great pizza at home. Once you’ve learned the secrets to making perfect pizza dough, you’ll want to use it to create all sorts of tasty dishes, including pizza of course!
You’ll learn both deep dish Chicago Style pizza, a thin crust version and a simple but delicious homemade pizza sauce. You’ll discover that there really is an art and science to creating the fillings and expertly applying them to your pizza! Mama Mia! We’ll offer knives and forks (of course) and double-down on the napkins when we taste these fabulous pizza pies! Take-out pizza? Who needs it!
