A Big Fat Mardi Gras Cooking Party – Jambalaya, Shrimp Po’Boy & More!

Tonight, you’ll be whisked away to the ‘Big Easy’ as we celebrate Mardi Gras season and learn to prepare some of the marvelous Cajun-inspired food and drink of New Orleans.
You’ll be greeted with a tasty Creole Dip and a Hurricane, the most famous (or infamous) of Bourbon Street cocktails. There’s no imbibing on an empty stomach in this part of town, so we’ll dive right into our menu as instructor Bruce Campbell teaches you how to make authentic dishes that includes those distinctive tastes and aromas of N’Awlins. Our scrumptious menu will feature authentic delicacies such as Shrimp Po’Boy, and Smoked Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya.
And, it goes without saying that we’ll enjoy Bread Pudding that’s topped with a delicious Bourbon Sauce and served with Café Diabolique. You’ll get to tie on an apron and assist with some of the cooking activities too. Ayeee!
