Class Description: 

Gather a group of friends and join us for an interactive cooking class where you’ll learn to make incredible Chinese cuisine.

Chinese food is one of the most popular take-out choices because we all love the fresh tastes, crisp crunch, and flavorful combinations. Who doesn't! So, why not learn to make it in your own kitchen!  Chef Jesse Vega couldn’t’ agree more, and is eager to show you how it’s done as he focuses on teaching essential culinary techniques while walking you through some of his favorite Chinese take-out dishes.

We learn best by doing, so you’ll put on an apron and get your hands in on some of the prep and cooking alongside Chef Jesse too.  Our menu includes Shrimp Toasts, Egg Rolls, Egg Foo Young, Orange Chicken and the ever-popular Fried Rice. Plus, you’ll get to taste all these incredible dishes you’ve helped to prepare and leave with all the recipes! No more take-out for you!
