Discover the tantalizing flavors of Thailand with one of our experienced instructors, Sumana Dey. You’ll be exposed to the cooking techniques, ingredients and classic dishes from this popular cuisine so that you’ll be able to recreate your experience at home. Sumana’s teaching style is relaxed, professional and comforting.
Let’s learn all about Thai cooking as she walks us through dishes such as a Pad Grapao Gai (spicy basil chicken), Green Curry Shrimp, Thong Muan Sod (coconut crepe with coconut cream) and a favorite Thai-style egg dish. You will be able to try this cooking style yourself as you participate in some hands-on cooking during class.
