This incredible street food that’s loaded with fresh vegetables, seasoned meats, amazing sauces, and traditional spices, is hard to resist.
Culinary instructor, Sumana Dey, will show you how it’s done as she walks you through some of her favorite Indian street food dishes. You’ll tie on an apron and work alongside this engaging professional as you help prepare some of tonight’s tasty food like Onion Pakoras (spicy fried onion fritters) and Aloo Tikki Chaat, a lip-smacking snack of crispy potato patties topped with chutneys, yogurt, sev, and spices.
That’s not all! You’ll also learn Mumbai Kabab Pav, a unique and flavorful Indian version of a burger and fan-favorite, Calcutta Fish Fry. Finally, we’ll end on a sweet note as you enjoy a tasty Mango Lassi.
You’ll leave with the recipes and the inspiration to recreate tonight’s tantalizing Indian menu in your own kitchen. No passport required.
