Today, Chef Tarra Freberg will show you how it’s done, as she teaches essential cooking techniques while showing you how to create fantastic meals that are destined to become your new best friends.
You’ll don an apron and get your hands in on some of the cooking action as she teaches family-favorites likeBBQ Meatballs, Chicken Noodle Soup, delicious Lemon Chicken, Instant Pot Pulled Pork Sliders & Apple Crisp. Whew!
Learn how to prepare stock and season it, debone chicken, make egg noodles from scratch, three ways to use meatballs, some make-ahead tips, how to ‘cut meats against the grain’, cooking temperatures, ways to tenderize chicken and using an Instant Pot (don't worry, she'll also talk you through the slower oven method for those of you without an Instant Pot). Plus, you’ll leave with all the recipes so you can recreate these gems at the drop of a (chef’s) hat. (Tastings & take-home egg noodles & chicken stock 'kit') HANDS ON.
