Class Description: 
Tonight you'll learn how to make the Kansas City Italian favorite - Chicken Spiedini with Amogia Sauce and fresh pasta! It's a dish that we have made more times than we can count so expect some tips and tricks that you can use to re-create the dish at home.

We will get our Italian Cooking Class started with a glass of beer or wine, then we'll dive into learning how to make an authentic Caesar Salad and flavorful side dish with fresh Asparagus.  Dessert will be a Chocolate Olive Oil Cake, one of our favorite dishes here at The Culinary Center.  You'll throw on an apron and get your hands in on the creating the Spiedini & Amogia Sauce as well as the side dish.  Whew that's a lot of information in one class right?  Recipes will go home with you as well as some new-found mad Italian cooking skills.  (Dinner)
