From drying methods to storage to rolling techniques to two tasty sauce pairings, Chef Paul won’t let you leave until he’s taught all the fundamentals you need to create beautiful fresh-made Italian pasta noodles & perfectly paired sauces, the right way. Expect lots of hands-on cooking time working next to this engaging professional.  As always, you’ll taste everything taught in class and take home the recipes so you can whip up fresh Italian meals in your own kitchen.
