Class Description: 

Join us for an interactive night of cooking fun and explore the pasta-bilities of homemade pasta and sauces. Bruce Campbell will teach you in a fun and relaxed way. We'll begin with a glass of wine and a salad while he teaches you the simple steps to making homemade egg pasta. Next, the cooking fun begins as you throw an apron on and learn the “well” technique and work alongside Bruce to make homemade Fettuccine and a cheese-filled Tortellini.  Plus, two classic Italian sauces to enjoy with your fresh pasta.  We’ll finish with a sweet Italian dessert. Mangia! 

NOTES:

• This class includes one glass of wine or beer. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
