Class Description: 

The name says it all! We’re having a pasta party kids! Join chef Vicky in our kitchen for a full hands-on Italian cooking party as you learn all you need to know to create fresh Italian cuisine, from scratch!  You’ll get your hands in the flour as you tie on an apron and learn, step-by-step, how to make a batch of handmade pasta dough, followed up by expert tips and techniques to work with it to create noodles. It’s easier than you think…and so much fun! While the pasta noodles are drying, we’ll move seamlessly into a sauce-making lesson as you help prepare a traditional Italian sauce to pair with your fab homemade noodles.  We’ll cook our pasta and sit down as a group to lunch on our creations. We’ll end our incredible meal with Tiramisu, a classic Italian dessert that never disappoints. Mangia!
